Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Armored VM ("the Service"), operated by ArmoredVM.com.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Our affiliate program allows customers to receive account credits for referring new users. All affiliate payouts are issued as account credits. Misrepresenting Armored VM to gain credits is prohibited. Any billing issues related to affiliate accounts must be reported within seven (7) days.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Armored VM. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
All services are prepaid. Refunds may be issued within seven (7) days of service activation, subject to evaluation on a case-by-case basis. Violations of these Terms of Service render you ineligible for refunds. Refunds can only be processed via PayPal or bank transfer. Please contact us for more details.
Chargebacks or payment disputes are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your services. Clients initiating chargebacks will forfeit any potential refunds and may be prohibited from future purchases. If you have concerns with a payment or service, please reach out to us.
By using Armored VM, you agree to use the Service responsibly and to avoid any activity that could harm the usability of the Service or the security of our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any behavior that violates these Terms, including but not limited to:
If your assigned IP address is blocked due to a violation, your service may be suspended pending resolution. Continued violations may lead to permanent termination.
6.1 Investigation of Abuse and Security Violations
In cases of suspected abuse, malicious activity, or any behavior compromising the security or integrity of
Armored VM’s infrastructure, network, or other users, you agree that Armored VM reserves the right to access and
investigate your Virtual Private Server (VPS) directly. This access may occur without prior notice to the
customer and is solely intended to verify compliance with these Terms, investigate suspected violations, or
address any actions posing a security risk to our systems or other users.
Armored VM staff conducting investigations will limit their review to files, processes, or configurations directly relevant to the investigation, and will handle any data obtained in compliance with our Privacy Policy. Information or evidence gathered may be disclosed to law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required by law or if illegal activities are discovered.
Optional backup services are available for purchase. You may create and manage manual backups through your customer account, with a limit of three (3) backups per Virtual Private Server (VPS) if purchased. Armored VM may, at its discretion, create a backup for internal or administrative purposes, including providing content to law enforcement if legally required.
You are responsible for managing and securing data on your service. While we will attempt to restore data in the event of a hardware failure, we are not liable for data loss. We recommend that you regularly back up your data to safeguard against any potential loss.
Armored VM may, without prior notice, disclose user data, including but not limited to account information, IP addresses, usage logs, or content hosted on our servers, to law enforcement agencies if required by law or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Armored VM, its affiliates, and their respective employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

All support requests should be submitted through our ticketing system within the customer portal. As a self-managed service provider, customers are responsible for configuring and managing their own services.
